Abstract
- An automated off-line liquid chromatography-matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (LC-MALDI) interface capable of coupling both capillary and microbore LC separations with MALDI mass spectrometry (MS) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) has been developed.
