Abstract

The Chinese government aimed to protect intellectual property rights at all costs while maintaining international standards and planned to increase public awareness of intellectual property rights. The state council proclaimed its decision to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and intended to punish infringers of these rights. The government also planned to increase the public's awareness of intellectual property rights and urged various enterprises and institutions to improve their intellectual property management systems through the establishment of a social, legal service system.
