Abstract

MCIFS have become standard bank equipment so that database marketing is given a new dimension. Marketing strategies are being developed using sophisticated modeling techniques and of information about customer buying behavior. Bankers also need to become customer marketers rather than product marketers. This can be predicted by using account balance and transaction information.
