Abstract: ACCESS is Conrail's latest PC-based tracking tool which allows shippers to trace shipment movements anywhere in the U.S. It is also one of the railroad industry's successful venture in information alliance. The success of ACCESS has been the impetus in the railroad's modernization by providing logistics information to shippers.
