Abstract
- Inter-element acoustic crosstalk in capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducer (CMUT) transducer arrays is analyzed and minimized by using function matrix approach to derive crosstalk cancellation signals. This technique relies on programmable waveforms and it yields a reduced crosstalk effect with no additional fabrication complexity.
