Abstract
- Macromolecular engineering is used and employed as a tool that can be extensively used for tuning the release and degradation rates of the acidic degradation products, which are normally obtained from the biomedical polyester ethers. The results prove that the release rate of these products can be easily controlled through the different distribution of the weak linkages in the copolymers, hence causing various acidic microclimates and inflammatory responses.
