Abstract
- Photojournalism is becoming a perilous occupation. Capturing the drama of war is inherently dangerous, but other incidents have become equally risky. Taking photographs of policemen exposes photographers to the risk of being shot at, as was the case of WDRB-TV's Ken Bradley, whose car absorbed three bullets from a white policeman who had just shot a black teenager. Covering sports events such as football also has its share of dangers. Finally, even bees and lawsuits can also give photojournalists a hard time.
