Abstract
- The chemical activation techniques coupled with electronic structure calculations were used to investigate the unimolecular reactions of a series of chlorofluoropropane molecules. Fully halogenated fluorochloroethanes and propanes seem to have high threshold energies for ClF interchange, and other decomposition pathways are favored over ClF interchange.
