Abstract

The subordering principle of marginal data ordering is used for extending single channel L filters to multichannel case. Mean squared error (MSE) is required as a fidelity criterion for using the marginal data ordering and design of multichannel L filters. Subordering enables the description of a vector quantization-based unified framework for discrete calculations. Extended cases are used to filter artificially generated velocity fields.
