Abstract

Accounting firms should make sure that the business tax software packages which they recommend to their clients are those which best meet their needs. Before selecting a program, a firm should first carefully analyze their clients' requirements and determine if they need an interactive or a batch system. They should then select the appropriate tax program delivery medium and conduct tests to assess the value and performance of the product.
