Abstract: Systematic syntheses, structures, visible luminescence and magnetic properties of a series of new lanthanide hybrids are described. The structures contain trigonal dodecahedral chains and clustered lanthanide oxide ring tunnels and 3D Ln-O-Ln connectivity.
