Abstract
- The results of the election to the Congress in 1994, which are expected to be in favor of the Republicans, will pose several problems to President Clinton as the Democrats will win only by a narrow margin in the Senate and the House. The election predictions show that the Clinton government may not be able to pass health care legislation as the Democrats will lose around 20 seats, retaining only 237 seats.
