Abstract
- Lewis lung carcinoma (3LL)-specific peptides, which exhibit homology to the connexin 37 protein, is isolated and sequenced by repeated fractionation and total acid extraction. The methods use synthetic octamers for the binding of these sequences to H-2K(super b) molecules on RMA-S cells. The process stimulates anti-tumor cytotoxic T lymphocytes.
