Abstract
- Boris Zolotukhin, deputy of the State Duma, opposes Vladimir Isokov's plan to elect the President by the Federal Assembly as it will lead to the creation of a parliamentary republic unsuitable to Russia. He supports the system adopted by the US where the President elected by the whole nation becomes the head of state and the head of the government. Russia's state structure model must be modified.
