Congressional outlook 2007

TheU.S. Congressional outlook for the year 2007 is presented. Democrats in both the House of Representatives and the Senate want to tackle long-term budget challenges, environmental rules, stem cell research and many other issues and they have more than a dozen legislative approaches to combat climate change and the bills could increase auto efficiency and lead to more efficient coal plants.
