Abstract
- Many banks are worried that the alliance formed between Visa International and Microsoft Corp. will erode their market share by cutting them out of the picture. The access that companies using computer networks have to bank customers could reduce banks' role in selling their services. Microsoft claims it wants to work with banks, not against them.
