Abstract

Some mathematical models are constructed to analyze the process of laser-induced shock waves and pressure attenuations of the shock waves. The results show that the peak pressure of shock waves depends on the deformation amount of the overlays and the pressure attenuations depend on the deformation speed of the overlays.
