Abstract

The industrial service firms that are benefiting most from the economic upswing are seven that offer personnel placement services, especially Manpower and Kelly, which do business in Europe. Outsourcing is proving to be a boon for these companies. Essential service firms are also doing well, particularly ServiceMaster LP and Rollins Inc. The diverse nature of this industry gives it a mixed investment outlook.
