US communications act rewrite likely

Personnel and administrators of the communications industry propose to reformulate the communications act involving three legislations namely 'Antitrust/Communications Reform Act,' 'The Communication Act' and 'National Communications Competition and Information Infrastructure Act. The Infrastructure Act eliminates all regulatory and legislative problems to develop the national information infrastructure, while the Communications Reform Act abolishes telecommunication jurisdiction. A subcommitte evaluating the legislations has received support from the Bill Clinton administration.
