Environmental training in Germany

The concept of environmental protection has become a significant part of the educational system in Germany. Although the concept has taken root in general educational curricula, it assumes increased importance in the vocational sector. Vocational students need to be taught to develop ethical norms in preparation for their careers. Unfortunately, vocational environmental training methods have not yet been fully developed because of the rigorous processes involved.
