Effective deposition potential induced size-dependent orientation growth of Bi-Sb alloy nanowire arrays

Abstract
- Single-crystalline and highly preferentially oriented [Bi.sub.1-x][Sb.sub.x] alloy nanowire arrays are prepared into porous anodic alumina membrane by pulsed electrodeposition. Results reveal that the effective deposition potential controls the orientation and diameter of the [Bi.sub.1-x][Sb.sub.x] nanowire.
