Linear carbon chains of type Si[C.sub.n]O (n = 3-8): Results of coupled cluster calculations

Accurate equilibrium bond lengths are established for linear carbon chains of type Si[C.sub.n]O with n = 3-8 on the basis of Results of Coupled Cluster Calculations. It is demonstrated that the ground state rotational constants of Si[C.sub.3]O, Si[C.sub.4]O and Si[C.sub.5]O are predicted with ca. 0.1% accuracy.
