Abstract

Immunosuppressive activity is exhibited by deoxyspergualin (DSG), an alpha-hydroxyglycyl, spermidniyl and 7-guanidinoheptanoyl peptidomimetic compound. The heat shock protein Hsc70 of DSG is retained in the DSG by selective immobilization of methoxy DSG and involves itself in the quantitative binding of DSG and the analogs of DSG. The investigation is performed by affinity capillary electrophoresis and stimulating the ATPase activity of Hsc70.
