Abstract

The chemical composition of secondary organic aerosol (SOA) from the photooxidation of isoprene over the full range of N[O.sub.x] conditions is investigated through a series of controlled laboratory chamber experiments. It is learnt that the chemical nature of the resultant SOA is significantly different in the two N[O.sub.x] regimes.
