Abstract
- Wayne Westcott, Ph.D., placed 282 adults on an exercise regimen of 80 minutes per week over eight weeks using aerobic exercise and resistance training. Individuals lost an average of 8.5 pounds and gained an average of 3 pounds of muscle.
