Abstract

The latest research in the organizational sciences dwelt on dispositional sources of job satisfaction. The study hypothesized that affective disposition lead to subjective well-being; and subjective well-being and job satisfaction were mutually causal. The study shows that job satisfaction influenced an individual's subjective well-being. Results lay the foundation for a dispositional basis of subjective well-being and job satisfaction.
