Abstract
- The intergenic spacer (IGS) region between phycocyanin subunit genes cpcB and cpcA (cpcBA IGS) is analyzed to study the diversity and community dynamics of cyanobacteria during cyanobacterial bloom in the Daechung Reservoir, Korea. The cyanobacterial diversity derived from the cpcBA IGS analysis is compared with that determined by 16S rRNA gene PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE).
