Abstract: A study was conducted on the drinking water, which was treated at temperature below 15 degrees Celsius, to detect the representatives of the genus Legionella. It was observed that the surface water and ground water treated at temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius showed a large diversity of yet-uncultured Legionellae.
