Dinosaurs breed animation applications

Softimage Inc and other computer graphics hardware and software manufacturers are collaborating with production studios to produce computer-generated images for films. Softimage has agreed to supply Digital Domain, a digital production studio, with the whole Digital Studio product line. The production studion has also acquired 17 Alias PowerAnimator software systems. A games developer also bought several PowerAnimators to make an interactive movie, and other interactive games using this technology are being planned.
