Abstract: The study shows Developmental instability (DI) as an indicator of stress, as it is more sensitive than other measures. Thus several meta-analyses are performed to test for associations between DI and heterozygosity, however it failed to support the existence of a positive relationship between the levels of genetic stress and DI.
