Abstract

The two main experimental methods to identify protein structure at increased resolution are NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography, both of which have different advantages and disadvantages in terms of sample preparation, information collection and evaluation. Result shows that both the processes are highly complementary and both should be used to screen the small proteins to know the protein structure completely in detail.
