Abstract

The two dimensional proton nuclear magnetic resonance (2D NMR) is used to study the aqueous solution structure of the biologically active N-terminal domain of the human parathyroid hormone. Correlated spectroscopy experiments are used in the NMR assignments of the primary and side chain hydrogens. The correlated spectroscopic experiments also provided the through-bond H1-H1 connectivities.
