Oxidation of hydroxylamine by nitrous and nitric acids, model development from first principle SCRF calculations

Ab initio molecular orbital calculations were used to study reaction pathways of the decomposition of hydroxylamine in the presence of nitrous and nitric acids in solution phase. The gas-phase and aqueous thermochemistry were calculated for about 45 H(sub x)N(sub y)O(sub z) species.
