Abstract

Chef David Bouley of Bouley restaurant gets all his food ingredients straight from harvesters. He believes that meals do not have to be complicated to be delicious. His preference for fresh foods was ingrained as a boy when his diet consisted of homemade bread and fresh harvests from the farm.
