Abstract

The fabrication of a single flux quantum (SFQ) circuit component, SFQ-dc converter and a confluence buffer is detailed making use of YBa(sub 2)Cu(sub 3)O(sub 7--delta) ramp-edge junction technology at high temperature. The smaller I(sub c) values are responsible for narrowest margins of the dc supply currents in the temperature range of 42 to 61 K and the simulation results showed consistency.
