Dynasties and dictators

At the time of breaking up of the Soviet Union, it was realised that it was possible for them to misappropriate whole sectors of public property in the name of privatisation. Since independence, the presidents, their families and entourages have pocketed enormous amounts and are now in the process of handing over their children's inheritance.
