Abstract: The fluorescence studies of phototriggered changes in spectral position and shape for two azobenzene-functionalized poly(p-phenylenevinylene) derivatives are presented. The result reveals the observation of phototriggered fluorescence color changes in the two poly(p-phenylenevinylene) derivatives with alkoxy-tethered azobenzene side chains.
