Abstract
- The light sensitivity of current deep-level transient spectroscopy (I-DLTS) is analyzed. The analysis is carried out with the aim of gaining insight about the physics of surface-trap related dc-RF dispersion effects in AlGaAs-GaAs heterostructure field-effective transistors.
