Abstract

Four peptides with two identical 18-residues, amphiphilic, alpha-helical segments connected by putative turn sequences fro apo A-I is synthesized. Results indicate that varying turn sequences between longer amphiphilic alpha-helical segments could drive the structure of fibrils.
