Abstract
- A study used cross-sectional design to compare ratings for social functioning and object relations for schizophrenic patients and those with borderline personality disorders. Results indicate that the borderline group had higher measures of object relations. However, over the long term, schizophrenic patients adapted better than borderline patients in terms of social functioning.
