Abstract: A multicenter trial in the United Kingdom is conducted for comparing rescue percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with repeated thrombolysis. Event-free survival after failed thrombolytic therapy is significantly higher with rescue PCI than with repeated thrombolysis or conservative treatment.
