Abstract

The impact of different oxide/hydroxide ratios on the electronic band alignment at the absorber/buffer heterointerface is investigated. The surface composition and the position of the valence-band maximum of respective ion layer gas reaction-Zn(O,OH) samples are determined by photoelectron spectroscopy.
