New films: a confusion of riches

Several different emulsions, films for specific requirements, and the range of films covered in every important line, characterize the news films that have been introduced in 1993. Eastman Kodak has introduced 12 new films with improvements such as greater sharpness, very fine grain, better skin tone reproduction, and improved color saturation. Konica's introduction of a color print film for photographing babies, called Konica Baby Film, and Fuji's Velvia Color slide film are part of advancements in the industry.
