Recruiting subjects of clinical aggression research

A study exploring the difficulties in recruitment of subjects for clinical aggression research was conducted. Only 10% of the 443 self-referrals met the requirements established for the study. More efficient recruitment techniques for study in this field are television exposure, public education on aggression as a treatable illness and swift response of researchers to attend to the recruit.
