Colo. braces for cement shortage

A shortage of cement that has already led to layoffs projects being halted and a call from a congressman for an investigation is getting the attention of Colorado's construction industry. A number of constructions projects in Florida are halted as material suppliers are unable to replenish their cement supplies and this has adversely affected the building trades that rely on the steady supply of cement in ongoing construction projects.
