Abstract
- A combinatorial antibody library wasscreened for Fab fragments for the cross-reactive F glycoprotein of respiratorysyncytial virus (RSV). The antibody library yielded 30 clones of which 28 showed clear reactivity with the F glycoprotein. One of these neutralized a wide range of virus isolates at high efficiency. These human Fab fragments willbe useful for the care and treatment of RSV infections of the lower respiratorytract.
