Abstract: Textile industry storage techniques include carousel beam storage, sideloader and immobile rack systems, sideloader and moveable rack systems, stacker cranes on unmoving rack systems, automated stacker trucks with unmoving rack systems and overhead hoist and stacking stationary racks. Each system has advantages and disadvantages and each plant must decide on the system best for it.
