Abstract

The influence of increased prepregnancy body mass index (BMI) on pregnancy outcome in women with mild gestational hypertension remote from term is studied. In patients with mild gestational hypertension remote from term, an obese prepregnancy BMI was associated with similar rates of progression to preeclamsia.
