Abstract

Government ethics rules prohibit Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Pres Alfred A. DelliBovi from contacting the Federal Housing Finance Board, the bank's overseer. This restriction was placed on DelliBovi until Nov 30, 1993, to prevent him from influencing the board because when he was Department of Housing and Urban Development Deputy Sec DelliBovi sat in on board meetings.
