Abstract
- A study was conducted with an aim of finding any association between dimensions of the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) indicating impulsivity and the tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH) alleles. The results suggest that there is no association between TCI dimensions and TPH genotype in the samples, hints to nonspecific psychopathology in connection with the A/A genotype are found.
